Property Management

• Our annual management fee of €330, incorporates:
• Key holding, weekly inspections, property condition reviews, overseeing of any work undertaken by contractors, provision of estimates, mail monitoring, car hire estimates, the arrangement of any leisure pursuits, EG: golf tea times, scuba diving, fishing trips.

Additional Services

• Curtain making and alterations.
• The purchase of any household items and installation.
• Painting, decorating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, sat TV, security grills, monitored alarms and any other building work.

Property Rental

• We will publicise and promote your property and work with tried and trusted contacts.
• We do not demand exclusivity. We work with owners to achieve maximum occupancy by encouraging and assisting them to promote their own property.
• We only claim commission where we obtain the letting and we provide a welcome pack at no cost to owner or renter.
• We provide a combined cleaning and laundry service for a fixed fee according to number of bedrooms. (EG: for a 2 bed the fee is €55)
• We provide a free consultation service for owners to assist in improving property marketability.
• We provide a personalised information folder for each property.

Holiday Makers and Long Term Tenants

• A good range of property types.
• We offer on line booking or a traditional postal booking service.
• All our properties will be clean and presented at a very high level.
• The details in the advertising reflect what the property offers.
• A welcome pack will be waiting on arrival.
• We will meet you at the property on arrival and will be available should you have any problems during your stay.
• For the longer term tenant we will provide information and assistance from the initial booking through to the tenancy in respect to living, working and sending children to school in Spain.
